COLEEN Rooney has admitted she was ready to leave I'm A Celebrity for over a week before coming second place.
The famed WAG was runner-up to Danny Jones, who was crowned King Of The Jungle in the nail-bitingly close finale.
Reverend Richard Coles came in third place, ending the three week wild ride with the Australian campmates.
While Coleen said she was proud to get so far on I'm A Celeb, peaking on spin-off show Unpacked, she told host Joel Dommett that she had been waiting to leave for a while.
“I didn't think I would make it that far,” she said. “You know, I was ready to go a week ago. And you know, I have my bag packed every morning with everything in, and then I go back up and unpack, and then I come back.”
“But the feeling that people are voting to keep it in meant a lot to me,” she added.

“And you know, I've celebrated a lot of people in my life, so for people to celebrate me, I felt it was quite yet special."
“I've learned that I can be patient.” she said of what she found out about herself in the jungle.
“Yeah, there's been times in there where, you know, no one's annoying me, but there's been certain things who have wanted to step in and do it but I've let it be, so I think I'm going to be a bit more patient when I get out of here.”
She also said she hoped that she made her four kids - Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass - would be proud of her.

In the emotional finale, there wasn't a dry eye in the house when Danny was declared the winner, with Coleen telling hosts Ant and Dec after the announcement he "truly deserved it".
Danny broke down in tears when he was announced the winner after 23 days in the jungle.
Once he was crowned by last year's winner Sam Thompson, he told the audience: "Um, just thank you from the bottom of my heart.
“You know, just, I gave my all in there, gave myself, and it's a lovely feeling to be liked.”
Coleen and Danny both lasted the entire stretch in the jungle, with Danny becoming a fast favourite after a snake crawled up his trousers in the first challenge.
Since then, he took on the role of entertainer of the camp, often seen singing with other members of the group.
He also formed a close bond with Barry McGuigan, with the pair being praised for their honest, emotional chats.
Both have since compared their relationship to that of father and son, with Barry backing him to win after his elimination earlier this week.
I'm A Celebrity is available in full now on ITVX.
