The star previously hinted he was filming a new TV show earlier this year to fans

He previously had the prime time show on the BBC for nine years before it ended in 2010.

But Jonathan, 64, will step outside of his comfort zone when he goes back to his old stomping ground in East London for his new show.

The Sun can exclusively reveal Wossy will return to his childhood home where he once experienced a terrifying paranormal event in his parents' cellar.

Filming for the show, which is called Jonathan Ross: Haunted Homecoming has wrapped and the star has shot scenes in eerie Epping Forest in the guise of the night.

"The new show is out of Jonathan's comfort zone but fans will get to see him like they haven't really before.

"Viewers will get a unique insight into Jonathan's upbringing as he opens up on his childhood and relationship with his family."

Haunted Homecoming will land on Discovery+ on December 20th and will also air on Really.
