Jack Whitehall forced to change Christmas Special after shock discovery about co-star Michael Buble
JACK Whitehall reworked his upcoming Christmas comedy special after making a shock discovery about co-star Michael Buble.
Titled Jack in Time for Christmas, the Amazon Prime Video festive feature blends scripted comedy with an unscripted travelogue.
It sees the comedian, 36, on an epic journey home from the US for the big day - with help from famous pals.
World renowned singer Michael Buble makes an appearance in the festive feature.
Speaking at a screening for Jack in Time for Christmas, Jack explained he phoned Michael after the vocalist said on Zoe Ball’s radio show that he was a fan.
He said: "I called Michael Buble. I was in America at the time and I remember calling him up and being very excited to pitch him this idea."

In the initial premise, the pair would have gone on a festive trip - starting in Lapland and involving "Christmas hijinks."
However, Michael told the comic: "Jack, I'm so sorry, I love you but you're going to hate me.
"I just f*****g hate Christmas.
"I want to be seen as something other than the Christmas guy."
Jack joked: "I ended up on the phone to him being his therapist.
"I'm like, you're so much more than a Christmas guy.
"You're like the Valentine's Day guy as well.
"I sort of thought he was joking initially and I was like, oh no, he's genuinely serious."
Having heard this, Jack decided to come up with another idea for the special.
The final (scripted) version sees the comedian go on a wild journey home, starting off in New York and facing several obstacles along the way.
