FANS of Suits have been left ecstatic after it was revealed that one popular character would be returning for the programme's brand new spin-off.
Suits: LA will carry on all the action from the legal drama after it wrapped following nine seasons in 2019.
It became a hit thanks to it being Meghan Markle's biggest role before she married Prince Harry.
Dapper lawyer Harvey Spector, played by Gabriel Macht, became a fan favourite on the programme after he managed to work in the New York law firm Pearson Hardman without a law degree.
According to Deadline, the character of Harvey will now be revived for the brand new show.
It has been reported that he will appear across three episodes for a brief storyline with other details currently under wraps.
Details regarding the spin-off's premiere are still a closely guarded secret with fans still waiting on a release date.
The actor also shared a clip to his Instagram account where he could be seen slipping into his old character's shoes and clothes in a moment that drove fans wild.
He captioned the clip: "When an old friend is in need…it’s time to take care of things and make those very 'things' right."
In response, fans were left over-the-moon at the news he would be making a comeback as one said: "Yes the world needs Harvey Spector!"

Before a fourth commented: "SCREAMING IN MY ROOM RN welcome back HARVEY REGINALD SPECTER."
A full series of the programme will be landing on US network NBC after a successful pilot episode was filmed earlier this year.
The show will move to the major broadcaster after originally featuring on the smaller US TV channel, USA Network.
Suits found success on Netflix in the UK as well as recently being picked up by the BBC.
Actor Stephen Amell will head up a brand new cast on the programme playing the role of Ted Black.
