Careers advisor Polly, 28, used the selfie as an opportunity to spread body positivity and speak out about the vile comments she received during her time on the show.
Flashing her middle finger she seductively leaned against her wardrobe door in the pair of stockings and matching two-piece.
She wrote in the caption: "I've had a lot of positive comments about my weight loss (and many other positives) since the show has aired.

"But my god I am absolutely horrified off the back of last night's episode.
"I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I'm insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like.
"Body shaming and making someone feel insecure (no matter how they look now) who is already going through stress is one of the worst things you can do. When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY others are listening," she explained.
Polly recently revealed that she lost two stone after following a simple three-step method which included upping her water intake, eating less and moving more.

She showed her vulnerability and said: "Body shaming leads to horrendous extremes in which I hope never happens to me because of this but I can assure you it definitely hasn't helped with how I feel about myself even after losing so much weight."
Polly also told followers that her weight loss was for personal reasons: "I lost weight for my own reasons and none of you know why."

"Being skinny is ok. Not being skinny is ok. Having curves are ok. Not having curves is ok," she raged.
"Bashing someone for their body is NOT OK. It is absolutely one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person."
"So congratulations on making a young girl who's been vulnerable and herself on tv, feel like shit all over again, so well done," she concluded.
At the end of the lengthy post, she thanked her 'hubby' Adam, who openly said that she wasn't his type on their wedding day.
On Sunday, Polly shared a statement off the back of her and Adam's split and vowed she would "never be taken advantage of again".
In their explosive row, Polly launched a glass of red wine at Adam during the explosive show reunion after they argued about their relationship.
The pair exchanged insults, with Polly declaring Adam ‘dishonest’ during their romance and he shared details of their sex life to the group.
