Emmerdale newcomer Georgia Jay strips off to a bikini in secret Hollywood movie role
EMMERDALE newcomer Georgia Jay isn't just a soap actress, as she's also previously starred in a Hollywood movie.
The actress is now playing Stephanie Milligan in Emmerdale on ITV, but before landing the primetime soap role Georgia has acted in a Hollywood film.
In 2015 she took up the role of Jennifer in Lake Placid vs Anaconda, which saw the blonde actress trip down to a bikini as she raced through the woods to escape a giant anaconda.
The film also starred Corin Nemec, Yancy Butler, Skye Lourie and Robert Englund.
The film's synopsis is described as "a giant crocodile goes head to head with a giant anaconda. The town Sheriff must find a way to destroy the two monsters before they kill the whole town".
The film hasn't been a huge hit with viewers, only scoring 21 out of 100 on film ratings website Rotten Tomatoes.

The 90 minute also only scored 14% on the Rotten Tomatoes 'Popcornmeter'.
The Lake Placid vs Anaconda role wasn't Georgia's only acting job in recent years, as she also played Dianne Vickers in Giri/Haji on BBC in 2019.
She's also had parts in Glow and Darkness (2021) and The Devil Sits on Both Shoulders (2018)
As she joined the ITV soap earlier this month, Georgia gushed: "I am thrilled to be joining the cast of Emmerdale.
"The cast and crew have all been so welcoming and I’m very excited to see what lies ahead for Steph, given her intriguing backstory."
Already ITV viewers have watched the relationship between Stephanie and her estranged mother Ruby Milligan-Fox play out on screen, with the mother and daughter duo already finding things tense.
Outside of her acting, Georgia typically keeps a low profile including rarely posting on social media.
Her Instagram typically features pictures from her holidays and travels, but she has also shared glimpses from her acting career.
In 2019 she offered a sneak peek of her role in Giri/Haji in 2020 when she posted a still of herself clad in a crimson dress from the series alongside the caption: "Don't mess with the one in Red."
