MAFS UK’s Polly Sellman says she’s ‘sick of staying quiet’ as she blasts ‘muggy behaviour’ after Adam split in statement
The star did not hold back as she vowed "never to be taken advantage of again"
MAFS UK star Polly Sellman has posted a scathing statement vowing to “never been taken advantage of again” after “muggy behaviour”.
The E4 show bride uploaded a lengthy statement to her Instagram Stories, saying she’s fed up with people “putting their behaviour on her”.

Polly wrote: “One thing I will never allow again is people taking advantage of who I am as a person. I've done it for far too long with old friends and new and it's making me look like an absolute mockery to my actual friends who love and care about me.”
“Me being loud, opinionated and direct does not give people an excuse to put their behaviour on me, because I'm the upfront one, and voices things no one else wants to, but speaks to everyone else about it, [not] behind people's backs,” she continued.
“If me voicing something someone's already done because I'm your friend and should protect you, even though quite literally hundreds of people are telling me I should be having a completely different reaction to what's been done to me, and I'm defending their behaviour, that's a little bit muggy, and I refuse to be part of that any longer.”
“The double standard in situations since leaving the show has been absolutely insane,” Polly raged.

“And realising this now is better than five years time where I haven't grown as a person and I'm surrounded by the same people who have the same mindset and can't seem to also take accountability, like I have multiple times, for their part to play.
“Sick of keeping quiet, sick of being there for people who aren't there for me, sick of defending people when I haven't had the same back when I've needed it and I'm sick of being a f**king mug.”
She signed off the message: “Have a lovely Sunday all.”
The reason or person behind Polly’s statement is not clear, but comes after her on-screen marriage to Adam Nightingale ended after a blazing row.
