MAFS UK’s Polly Sellman has taken a savage swipe at ‘narcissistic’ Adam Nightingale after their explosive dinner party row which saw her throw a glass of wine.
Polly's 'marriage' to Adam, 33, came to a dramatic end in episodes aired this week after she branded her groom a "c***" and launched her drink at him.
During last night's explosive reunion episode, the 28-year-old saw red and took aim at show expert Mel Shilling.
She's since taken her beef to Instagram, sharing a fan's tweet slamming the E4 show and questioning why the experts didn't condemn his behaviour.
The user also branded Holly and Alex "bullies" while branding the production "exploitative".
It read: "Ugh I'm done with mafs Why don't the experts call out the covert narcissistic behaviours of Adam?

"Polly has clearly been degraded and ridiculed, her self esteem has diminished, she shouldn't have thrown the wine but to focus solely on her reaction and not what lead there is irresponsible.
"If this was really an experiment why is the focus on the drama and not the psychology?
"Why did they allow Holly & Alex to intimidate and bully some of the other women? It feels exploitative."
The explosive MAFS reunion showed Polly hurling insults and throwing wine over ex-partner Adam - after he mocked her over details of their sex life.

After fleeing the room and taking time to cool off, Polly walked back to the table and said she was sorrt to Adam.
However the barber refused to apologise for his vile comments and impersonating Polly in bed.
Mel reacted to the scenes: "What Adam said here was out of order there is no question about it.
"But Polly's response has actually crossed several lines.
"She's responded in an aggressive way, throwing the wine, and it's just not acceptable, she needs to apologise."
Polly shared one comment from a fan last night which said: "This expert is acatully insane.
"The way Adam just spoke to Polly in front of all those people is so much worse than her throwing a glass of wine."
The careers adviser added: "With the amount of lines that were crossed tonight I feel Usain Bolt should've got an invite…
"On a serious note though, I know my truth and I stand on that.
"There was a lot of behaviour that I concealed for weeks and there's only so much someone can take before they quite literally, see red…"
It came after viewers complained to Ofcom over the experts who failed to call out another cast member's violent behaviour.
A recent episode showed Mel giving advice to Ross and Sacha, who had revealed the groom's violent outbursts during a commitment ceremony.
The installment only saw Mel telling the couple that they needed to work on their temper, and that Ross should "stop throwing things".
She said: "Ross and Sacha, we've seen your fiery side ...
"This is about the dynamic between the two of you and you are both contributing to it ...
"I'm not hearing any examples of either of you taking accountability for what's going on ...
"You need to put some rules in place, no throwing things, no name calling."
Explaining what had happened with Ross, a tearful Sacha had said: "Sometimes it's the smallest thing. I was texting Kieran one day when we got back in from the pub. He said why are you texting Kieran?
"I caught an attitude, and said, 'why what's the problem?' And he picked up his food and threw it up the wall."
