Lady Gaga joins cast of hit Netflix series ahead of highly anticipated second season
POP sensation Lady Gaga is the latest celebrity to join the all-star cast of a hit Netflix series ahead of its highly anticipated second season.
The global popstar, who has sold over 170 million records, will join .
Deadline reports that although she will be involved in Wednesday, it's not clear what her role will be.
The star has been pokerface on all her channels too.
Gaga’s 2011 song “Bloody Mary” from her Born This Way album went viral when fans shared a sped-up version and a clip of Wednesday star Jenna Ortega dancing to it.
Since its release, Wednesday has become the most popular English TV series on Netflix, with 252.10 million views across season one.

It spent 20 weeks in the Global Top 10 and reaching the Top 10 in 93 countries.
Gaga is known for reinventing her image and while it is unclear what her role will be in the hit programme, it is causing quite a stir among fans.
The songstress is known for her hit songs Bad Romance, Born This Way, Shallow, Monster, and more.
She has also embarked on a highly-acclaimed acting career in recent years.

Additions to the cast include Billie Piper as Capri, Steve Buscemi as Barry Dort, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, and Noah Taylor.
The show is a supernatural-infused mystery that charts Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy.
The series began production in Ireland in April.
