Married At First Sight bride deals ex groom savage blow as she cuts final tie just hours after vows

BRIDEZILLA Amy from Married at First Sight dealt her ex-groom a cruel blow just hours after brutally dumping him on-screen.

After leaving the Maltese hunk in tears after the final vows, Amy has now unfollowed him on Instagram.

Amy shared a spoiler video story on her Instagram page just before the series finale.

She said that if she decided to renew her vows, she would wear the white dress, and if was to cut her ties, she would wear the black one.

And she chose the black one - which some viewers likened to a funeral outfit.

Luke told her she looked stunning when she arrived, but she responded with a jibe that the marriage was dead and buried.

She said: "I know my worth and you aren't worthy of me. This marriage is done - deceased. I wear black to mourn its death."

After the episode, Luke, a prison education manager, wrote on his own Instagram story: "I am going to bed now. Please don't be nasty to Amy or anyone else. It doesn't do you any good."

He added that he was grateful for his support and shared graciously.

"Amy and I have shared this story together and we will always be connected."

By contrast, Amy posted hurtful comments about her groom on social media saying: "Sorry but I have no words. Glad to see my hubby gives you all the lols, at my expense.

"Don’t think I’ll ever be able to look at my car & garage the same ever again."

This prompted a strong reaction from fans, many of whom sided with Luke, saying that Amy was being cruel.

One said: "Can you please stop being so mean to Luke lol. Such a nice guy with good intentions.

"If you don’t want him let him go."

Another said: "I look forward to hearing what he has to say each night. So funny! And he absolutely adores his wife."

A third added: "I don't think you're into him. You don't touch him at dinner party or enjoy sitting next to him."

In the last 24 hours, Amy has unfollowed Luke on social media and appears to be getting on with her life as a newly single woman.

Luke by contrast has whipped up quite a following and seems to have quite a few new fans, with one saying: "Never change, keep being you. You make me and my husband laugh you're the best person on MAFS."

Another added: "I found it hard hearing you say you’d basically change, you shouldn’t need to change for anyone, you come across fine and not creepy (at least to me).

"Please don’t ever filter yourself for anyone and end up losing your essence, you’ve been a joy to watch.

"The world needs the laughter and light that you and others give."

Another added: "Aww I love you luke you are beautiful inside and out but please don't kick the dogs tongue again, so many germs lol."
