ALISON Hammond broke down in tears live on This Morning earlier today after making a rare comment about her boyfriend.
The 49-year-old and co-host Cat Deeley, 48, spoke to author Rosie Nixon about World Kindness Day.
Rosie was in the studio to talk to the hosts about her new book Be Kind.
Emotions ran high in the ITV studio as they spoke about how to make people smile.
A viewer called Abigail opened up about her dad's deteriorating eye sight - which means that in the future he won't see her in a wedding dress.
However a lady in her community, who owns a bridal shop, let them go into her store for her to try some on.

As Alison read out that he will always have that memory, her voice started to crack and said: "This is making me emotional!"
The TV star wiped the tears away from her cheek and Rosie said: "Don't because you'll set me off!"
Earlier on in the segment, Alison mentioned her lover David while talking to a viewer that had called in.
The caller, named Anita, wanted to tell Alison how great she had made her feel while they were on a train together.

Anita said: "Alison Hammond you are a wonderful person who made a lady feel so special.
"My husband was the guard, I had been invited on because I'd just finished chemotherapy and radiotherapy."
"I remember you, you came into my cabin area!," Alison exclaimed.
Anita continued: "You never rushed me out, you asked me everything I'd gone through, how much weight I'd lost.
"Alison, I know you're from the Midlands, we're such special people.
"We've always got a smile and a kind word. I'm like yourself, I'm kind, but sometimes you do get hurt being kind.
"But you, Alison, I can't tell you what you did that day."
At the end of the conversation Alison mentioned that Anita had not mentioned who the TV star was with - her boyfriend.
Alison said: "Anita, whats lovely about you, you've haven't mentioned who I was with.
"That was my very first date with my boyfriend. You met my boyfriend before anybody else knew about it!"
Anita said: "He's so tall!"
Alison keeps her dating life very private.
Earlier this year it was revealed that the This Morning star, 49, and Russian masseuse David Putman, 26, started dating.
The telly star later went Instagram official with her romance back in May.
Things appear to be going well between the couple as it has been revealed that there have been talks about marriage.

2014 - This was a busy year for Alison as she competed on both Celebrity Masterchef and Strictly Come Dancing, coming in 10th in the latter.
2020 - Alison appeared on The Great Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off - her first, but not last, time in the famous tent.
2021 - Alison co-hosted This Morning for three episodes alongside Phillip Schofield.
It was later announced that Alison and Dermot would be replacing Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford as presenters of This Morning on a Friday.
2023 - Alison was announced as the new co-host of The Great British Bake Off, replacing Matt Lucas to present alongside Noel Fielding.
2024 - Following the death of Paul O'Grady, Alison stepped in as host of For The Love of Dogs.
2025 - An eight-part series titled Alison Hammond's Big Weekend will premiere on BBC one next year, as she spends 48 hours with a celebrity in a bid to really get to know them.
A source told : "This is the most content Alison has been for a long time, everything seems to be going well.
“Her career is going from strength to strength and she loves being on This Morning with Dermot and audiences love her and she is very in demand.
“She’s also lost quite a bit of weight and while she’s always been happy with her body no matter what size, she feels very healthy and has been working out a lot more and taking care of herself.
