TULISA Contostavlos has practised yoga 21 times a day to make sure she is in top shape for I’m A Celebrity.
Viewers were wowed by the N-Dubz star’s rippling abs in her official photograph.
She has undergone months of gruelling training using the Tibetan Rites programme, an ancient form of yoga which requires multiple sessions to be completed each day.
Tulisa, who became a household name after appearing as a judge on The X Factor from 2011 to 2012 , has also completed a course of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) jabs which claim to boost your energy levels.
The singer, 36, previously revealed to fans on Instagram she had undergone a double hernia operation in July.
A source said: “Tulisa was determined to look and feel her best before going into the jungle.
