But soap fans may recognise her from the days when she was Dani Sutherland.
The 41-year-old played the character until 2004 - when she left to pursue a music and acting career, at the tender age of 21.
Dani was the eldest daughter of the rebellious Sutherland family who took over the caravan park.
After her career in the soap Tammin went on to get signed by Sony BMG Music Entertainment, following the route of the pop queen Kylie Minogue and other stars.
Her solo album Whatever will Be, was released on 22 May 2005.
However, since 2006 she has focused on film and television work, after relocating from Australia to Los Angeles.
Her debut film was Aquamarine, when she played Marjorie.
She then resumed soaps in America, and landed a starring role as Colleen in The Young and The Restless.
Three years later she joined The Disney Channel's Hannah Montana, appearing in eight episodes, before being cast as Jenna Marshall in ABC Family's adaptation of the Sara Shephard teen mystery book Pretty Little Liars.
In the same year she picked up a host of film parts in Crossing Over portraying Rosalyn, Stacey in Albino Farm, Carrie in Flicka 2 and Natalie in Husk.
She also played Sarah Corso in Driving By Braille before returning to soaps Down Under joining rival Neighbours as Montana Marcel in 2022.
But her latest role sees her back on US soil once again.
Trivia at St Nicks is out on November 8 on Hallmark.
