IT was the final commitment ceremony in last night's episode and it was one BIG disaster to say the least.

To give you some context, the couples are one step away from deciding whether they want to spend the rest of their life and continue your marriage with this person, but over half the couples are struggling to be in the same room as each other.

Three out of the five remaining couples are living separately, despite final vows looming.

And will Polly and Adam ever see eye to eye? It looks like they're just papering over the cracks at this point.

Plus will Luke ever learn? The experts advice seems to be going in one ear and out the other.

But there is still some hope that love exist - Lacey and Nathan are proof that couples who work hard on their relationship can succeed.

It's unsafe and unhealthy

Sacha and Ross - it's really feeling very unsafe now and I'm surprised not more was done around the insight into his temper, like throwing things, throwing his food against a wall, calling her swear words and stuff like that.

It's not only unhealthy, it feels quite unsafe.

I'm now starting to understand a little bit more around why Sacha was quite vocal about wanting to be near family when Ross loses her temper

I get you know, I'm sorry, I didn't have the full context. But if that is the case, I really think they just need to leave.

This is quite concerning.

I think Sacha did the wrong thing in agreeing to stay, there was enough there for her to be like 'actually no, I don't feel like this is right for me or him'.

Adam will write leave at final vows

We've got Lacey and Nathan, and Adam and Polly seemingly in happy relationships right now.

But in the teaser for next week, we see this is very short-lived for Adam and Polly.

I've been quite vocal about this, I still don't buy into the fact that he likes her, so I'm not surprised that they're already having another disagreement.

I fully expect Adam will write leave at the final vows because at that point he's been in the show the whole time and have nothing left to lose.

No show to him if that was his motive but I just feel like it's hard to do that when I think Polly probably does have feelings for him.

I've got nothing to say about Lacey and Nathan, aside for thank god for them because they are the only shining light this season.

Luke's either ignoring Amy or just being thoughtless

I said that I sided with Amy and I still do.

I think that Luke is quite thoughtless and I'm really glad that expert Mel Schilling held him to account on some of the silly things he says.

We see in the next episode again that he hasn't listened to Amy or he has and he's just chosen to ignore it because he's still being overly sexual.

Also who wants to be with a guy who tells white lies...this is so Arthur and I coded.

I cannot tell you, I love Arthur now but at the time, it was his thing - he was like ' I tell white lies, I tell white lies all the time'.

It's exactly like Luke is doing, so I'm not surprised it's wearing really thin on Amy.

I've spoken to Amy recently and we've she's got standards and asking for a little bit of honesty and really that's the bare minimum that we should be asking for in a relationship.

Kieran was contradicting himself

Lastly we saw Kieran and Kristina, I do think Kieran contradicts himself quite a bit and I think it's because he's not being completely honest around why he doesn't see a future with Kristina.

I think quite a lot is being made of the PMDD and she said I'm suffering with it now 'it's here now'. And he didn't even know.

That's how much recently she hasn't leant on this man.

It's really nice that they didn't disrespect each other and fall foul on the drama.

I'm pinning all my hopes on Lacey and Nathan at this point, because I don't see another marriage in this current line-up lasting on the outside...
