First look at Hollywood star on Neighbours as Selling Sunset beauty moves into Ramsay Street

CHRISHELL STAUSE is bringing a touch of glamour to Neighbours.

The Selling Sunset star has joined the Aussie soap as Yasmine Shields, a successful American businesswoman in pursuit of an exciting new opportunity.

And if a first look at the new series is anything to go by, it seems her character has already caught the eye of show legend Stefan Dennis’ Paul.

Chrishell said: “Coming from the world of soaps in the US, it’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry.

"They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was excited to figure out a way to make it happen.”

She makes her debut on Neighbours on Amazon Freevee on November 28.

AMY VOW TO KEEP DANCING

AMY DOWDEN had to bow out of Strictly after picking up a foot injury this week.

But the professional dancer has vowed to return before the Glitterball is handed out next month.

Amy, whose celeb partner JB Gill is now dancing with Lauren Oakley, wants to hit the dancefloor as soon as she’s well enough.

It was confirmed Amy was taking some time out ahead of the show last weekend, which airs on BBC One on Saturday and Sunday.

The dancer’s representative said: “Amy is hoping to be able to dance again on Strictly before the end of the series.

“It is a different injury to the one she had a year ago. It’s the same foot but a different bone. It’s just terribly bad luck.

“She did it during training, it was one of those things, nobody’s fault, but it got worse over the next few days.”

FOCUS ON A LIFE OF GRIME

EVER wondered how messy crime scenes are cleaned up?

Channel 4 is planning to answer that question by going behind the scenes with a team of specialist cleaners, who know all the tricks of the trade to restore normality after traumatic events.

The new ten-part series follows the companies across the UK and USA that clean up the mess following brutal assaults, horrifying murders, and huge drugs busts.

Crime Scene Cleaners gives the public a look at what goes on after the emergency services have left, and the 24/7 on-call staff ready to get to work.

The series, which is in the works, will also feature input from criminal psychologists, police officers and forensic experts, who analyse the crime scenes before their transformation.

A Channel 4 spokesman said: “The series will pull back the curtain on the vital work of these unsung heroes. It’s not just about cleaning up – it’s about helping people rebuild after trauma.”

THE Rip Off Britain team return next week, with Gloria Hunniford and Julia Somerville tackling scammers to mark Scam Safe Week.

The special episodes, on BBC One from Monday, will focus on fake missing persons ads, cheque fraud and online shopping scammers.

Gloria said: “Our scam specials will really help audiences to keep vigilant, and be prepared for the clever ways these criminals can get hold of our details, our hearts, and our money!”
