Love Island millionaires Olivia and Alex Bowen reveal they’ve bought TWO new mansions and a huge plot in Spain
LOVE Island millionaires Olivia and Alex Bowen have revealed that they've splashed out on TWO new mansions.
The couple, who found love on the ITV2 dating show back in 2016, have been extending their property portfolio.
They have also purchased a huge plot in Spain and plan to build a property next year as they continue to rake in the cash.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Olivia said: "We've actually bought two more properties to renovate and let out, we're trying to do a lot of property investment, that's four on our books at the moment.
"I'm just trying to keep my head in interior and property, it's so much fun but it's hard.
"We've also just bought a plot in Spain to build a house, so we're starting all over.

"We were always aiming of taking equity out, because the renovation on our old home was always a financial move, we were aiming to take equity out and do all these plans and now it's coming to fruition."
The Bowen's, who have partnered with Affinity Water to provide simple steps on how to detect a leak in households through the new ‘Look & Listen Test’ initiative, said they'll be flying out to Spain next year to begin work on their plot.
Olivia shared: "We might go out in February to Spain, it's literally just a plot of land at the moment, they've only just started excavating it.
"We're going to pop out in February with Alex's family and show Abel the area which is very exciting."
The TV favourites said they're planning on building a rental holiday home.
"My dad's boss had a holiday home and he let us go there a few times and I just remember the holidays as a kid and I think it's the nostalgia of that and remembering all the memories, " she told us.
"I just want my friends and family to enjoy it.
"Obviously there's a work side as well, we'll probably rent it out and make it a holiday home for other people, so there's always another reason behind what we do."
Speaking about work on the other two newly purchased homes in the UK, Olivia said: "They are already built but the renovations will probably take a month or so, they're quite quick ones and be done around Christmas or after.
"We're going to hold onto them and rent them out.
"We're going to keep building next year, and keep building that property investment portfolio because that's what we want to do."
The couple last year sold their £1.3 million Essex dream home to trade it for a luxurious mansion.
They have spent several months renovation their new home and have shared the journey with their fans.
Olivia said: "It's quite a strenuous process but it's really fun and we loved designing it and it's just given us such freedom being closer to town and with all our friends and we're so much happier here."
The mum-of-one said designing this property was a "dream" after spending lockdown learning about interior design.
The famous duo then revealed that the most expensive thing in their new house is their fancy bar in their dining room.
The duo featured on the show's 2016 series, finishing as runners up.
Alex, 32, popped the question a year later, with the pair saying their I Do's in September 2018.
Now they have the perfect pad for their happy countryside home after selling up their £1.3m Essex property in 2023.
Olivia, 30, described their outdoor entertaining space as "a little Italian haven" as she captured the cream-coloured worktops and outdoor oven set under a wooden pergola.
Yet the cherry on top were the rustic blue, red and terracotta tiles as the splashback.
Olivia gushed how the duo had even sourced some items from Lake Como to complete the Mediterranean feel of the space.
With a pizza oven on order to complete the outdoor living area, it'll be ready for the reality TV pair to host their loved ones this summer.
Meanwhile, little Abel hasn't missed out on his own stunning surroundings either.
His room features stunning jungle artwork spanning the length of one wall while exposed beams on the ceiling and windows keep a classic feel.
There's a nude coloured carpet and tan starfish-print rugs, complete with cuddly toys scattered around.
White storage cabinets and bookcases give enough space for toys while a blue big boy bed will be a snug space for sweet dreams.
PROJECT MANAGER
Olivia got into interior design in a big way after her time on Love Island.
She recently told us: "We've designed a little kitchen barbecue area, getting a pizza oven, and we'll have seating. So the love island is still creeping in."
"I've become a lot more confident in my style and my design process, and I think that that's just helped with this house.
"It will show because my style is very different to the old one. It will look very different and I think people are not going to expect what it's going to look like."
She added: "The last house was very modern, a lot of like clean lines. A lot of sort of beige, minimalist kind of thing, but this house is very different.
"There's a lot of colour, a lot of pattern. It's just very country.
"We have a lot of beams and things, so yeah, it's kind of completely different."
Olivia and Alex have teamed up with Affinty Water to launch the Look & Listen Test, an accessible and effective solution empowering homeowners to detect leaks early and protect their homes
This initiative aims to address the significant issue of home leaks, which cost the nation £700 million annually.
Affinity Water launch new Leak Visit service, where customers could get small leaks fixed for free.
Customers can upload a video of their leak onto the Affinity Water website, and our expert plumbers will assess it. If eligible, we may be able to come out and fix it for free as part of our My Water Footprint Leak Visit service.
