Strictly fans rage axed star was ‘robbed’ after ‘worst bottom two of all time’ sees sixth celeb sent home
STRICTLY fans have raged the latest star to be axed was 'robbed' after an 'absolute joke' of a dance off.
Tonight's results show came after Strictly's first Icons Week on Saturday evening.
It saw Sam Quek and Montell Douglas end up in the dance off, despite neither couple being at the bottom of the leaderboard.
Sam and Nikita danced an American Smooth to Love Story by Taylor Swift and ended up third from bottom of the leaderboard with 29 points.
Meanwhile Montell and Johannes danced a Waltz to I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston and scored an impressive 35 points, placing them fourth on the leaderboard.
However the public vote changed all that and saw the two women end up dancing again.

After they had performed, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke unanimously voted to save Montell and Johannes.
While fans were furious at Sam's exit, they were even more outraged that both women were in the dance off to start with.
Taking to X, one wrote: "Farewell Sam and Nikita! So robbed neither them or Montell and Johannes deserved to be in the bottom 2, they were both so robbed and so talented!"
Another added: "oh sam robbed! should’ve been two of the evil men."
A third raged: "One of the worst Bottom 2 of all time. Super gutted for Sam for being voted off and for Montell who shouldn't have been in the dance off in the first place."
Meanwhile a fourth tweeted: "That #Strictly result was a travesty. What are you playing at voting public?
"Sam should no be going home, and Montel and Jojo should not have been in the dance off. Gutted to see Sam go."
The fury at the result kept coming, as another shared: "Montell in the dance off is outrageous.
"Pete was really bad this week. Chris was OK. Even Sam who is good, shouldn’t be in the dance off."
A fellow Strictly viewer fumed: "What an absolutely ridiculous bottom two in the dance off."
