RICHARD Madeley has revealed he sleeps in a separate room from his wife Judy Finnigan in a frank marriage admission.
Good Morning Britain achor Richard, 68, and his other half Judy, 76, are one of TV's strongest power couples, having enjoyed a 38-year marriage in front of the nation.
But it might come as a surprise that they get their seven hours apart from one another.
In a new interview, Richard revealed it's all because of his 6am start time on the ITV breakfast show, which forces him to wake up in the middle of the night.
Speaking to Kate Thornton on her podcast, he said: "When I'm doing Good Morning Britain I sleep in the spare room.
"I do probably sleep a little bit better in bed with Judy but I'm okay on my own.

On the notion of disrupting Judy's rest, he quipped: "I wouldn't think of doing that to Judy.
"Apart from anything else, Judy and her sleep, you do not mess with."
Fellow morning presenter Amol Rajan was mentioned by Kate as someone who claims to "sleep better" with his spouse, despite being parents to four children under seven.
Richard joked: "Amol Rajan's wife must be a saint."

He then recalled his own experience, saying: "We did This Morning, but the difference between me and Amol there is that Judy and I would get up at the same time.
"The alarm would go off, we'd both get up and roll into our jeans, get in the car, and drive to Liverpool to do the show, and then when we were in London, drive down to the Southbank.
"So we went to bed at the same time and woke up at the same time."
Richard and Judy shot to fame as founding hosts of This Morning, which first aired in 1988.
The show quickly became a British TV staple, known for its lively interviews, unique features, and live broadcasts.
The duo's chemistry and engaging presentation style turned them into household names.
It wasn't just an on-screen match, as they ended up dating and eventually getting married in 1986.
After leaving This Morning in 2001, the pair launched the Richard & Judy show on Channel 4, which ran until 2009.
The show continued their legacy with gripping interviews, a famous book club, and a mix of serious and light-hearted content.
Since then, Judy has been focusing on her successful career as an author while Richard became a fan favourite on ITV, regularly hosting GMB alongside Susanna Reid.
