BETHANY Platt will be left struggling as she adjusts to life with her stoma in Coronation Street.
Fans of the long-running ITV soap have watched the star in recent weeks survive her near fatal botched surgery.
While Bethany - who is played by Lucy Fallon - was in Turkey working in PR, she decided to go under the knife.
However, the botched liposuction left her fighting for her life and caused irreversible damage to her bowls, leaving her with a stoma bag forever.
Upcoming Coronation Street scenes will see Bethany reluctant to leave the house.
Putting on a brave face, Daniel supports her and accompanies her to her hospital appointments.

However, she's left mortified when she discovers her stoma has leaked and rushes out.
Later on, Daniel and Bethany make up and share a kiss - but he's left devastated when she reveals she's not ready for anything serious yet.
The Platts have already faced a difficult number of weeks, with them facing homelessness.
