SAOIRSE Ronan shut down Paul Mescal for talking over her during a live television appearance.
The moment happened when the pair, alongside Denzel Washington and Eddie Redmayne, were guests on Friday's instalment of The Graham Norton Show.
Host Graham and the celebrities started chatting about the physical transformations that they have had to undergo for certain roles.
The presenter mentioned her role where she took on a young girl in the 2011 action thriller Hanna.
When a snap of her appeared on the screen, she told those around her to not laugh - but Paul couldn't help but mock her look.
As he giggled away at the picture, he said: "Just look at her!"

Saoirse tried to ignore his comments and said: "That is a cult classic, she's just shot a deer!"
As he started to chuckle again, he replied: "Of course", to which she told him to stop laughing.
Graham then asked the Normal People star if he'd seen the film - and he confessed that he hadn't.
But as Saoirse tried to join in the conversation, Paul chimed in and said: "I want to go as you for Halloween!"

Denzel was shocked by the exchange and joked: "Somehow I knew to back up!"
During the interview Eddie revealed that - while training in self-defence for his role on TV show The Day of the Jackal - he was taught to use his phone as a weapon.
Paul chimed in: "Who is actually going to think about that?
"If someone actually attacked me, I’m not going to go 'phone!'"
As the men laughed, Saoirse stunned them into silence by saying: "That's what girls have to think about all the time."
Turning to the audience, she asked: "Am I right, ladies?" The question was met with applause.
But Saoirse made it clear that it was all banter and said that she and Paul love each other.
The pair worked together on the 2023 science fiction film Foe.
They played the roles of husband and wife in the movie.
It comes after Saoirse revealed that she'd love to play a Bond villain.
Issuing a plea to 007 producer Barbara Broccoli, Saoirse said: “I’ve always said that I want to play a Bond villain.
“I’d really love to do that.
“I’m serious, I would.
“If anyone knows Barbara Broccoli, please tell her.
“There is something nice about just going, ‘I’m going to do a big movie next. And I know it’ll be seen by people’.”
Saoirse has starred in the likes of The Clinic, I Could Never Be Your Woman and Lovely Bones.
She tied the knot with Jack Lowden this year.
