In the show, Jimmy was quick to boot one star off the set after he deemed him not "famous enough".
Jimmy was joined by Jonathan Ross, Josie Gibson, Oti Mabuse, Rylan Clark and Chico Slimani.
Chico reached the quarter-finals of X Factor nearly 20 years ago.
Jimmy said: "Great to have you all here. Errm, Chico Time was 2005, I'm not sure you're famous enough to be on a celebrity special.
"What do you mean?" Chico asked, looking surprised.
"We can do it with four contestants, we'll do it with four. Chico, if you could go," Jimmy replied.
Unable to work out if it was a joke or not, the room went deadly silent and the other stars were left with their mouths open in shock.
As stage managers started to approach, Chico stood up and said: "No, listen, listen, I'm happy to go."
