LAST night was the penultimate commitment ceremony on Married At First Sight.
And there is lots to talk about because we saw two couples leave... so let's get into it.
In my last diary entry, I said how I thought that Alex enjoys making women angry – and that he’s playing a big game.
Well now that doesn't matter because he's no longer in the experiment!
One thing I have noticed, is that fan favourite couple Kieran and Kristina, could be on the rocks after a comment made in today's show.
If you are as obsessed with Married At First Sight as I am, you need to keep reading, as I've got some thoughts…
More on MAFS
Kristina and Kieran have quite a tough commitment ceremony, I'm going to call it now...
I think Kieran is just not attracted to Kristina anymore.
I don't know why.
He blamed it it on the PMDD last week, and now he's said that she reminds him of his ex.

It's like he's clutching at every single straw just to get out of this marriage and without coming across like a 'baddie'.
Obviously we saw they are on the rocks again in tomorrow's episode.
He says that she is just like his ex.
What exactly does that mean Kieran?! I need to understand!
Bye bye Caspar and Emma!
FINALLY, Caspar and Emma stopped flogging the dead horse that is their marriage.
It was clear that Caspar checked out ages ago, through his overt passive aggressive comments.
And it did make me laugh a little bit when they were both like looking around the room and said that they wanted what everyone else has got.
Have they seen the room that they are currently in?!
I think that there's probably one happy marriage.
But guys none of these relationships are anything to aspire to at the moment.
No depth!
Adam and Polly still look really happy... but I am still not really seeing any depth to their relationship.
I am going to couple that with Lacey and Nathan.
They seem like they have a nice relationship, but I'm not sure that anything is really going on.
Maybe it's the edit, maybe we're not just seeing much.
It seems nice, but I don't see them actually progressing...
Lacey is really happy that Nathan has gone and bought flowers by himself?
I mean he's a grown man - that is the bare minimum!
My worries
Sacha and Ross are really strong together tight now.
But I'm worried that they can't see the issues in their relationship.
Validating each other's sometimes quite toxic behaviour, it's kind of 'us against the world' type situation, and that becomes quite disruptive when it impacts the rest of the group and you're not checking on each other.
Alex and Holly are over
Last night we saw the demise of Alex and Holly's relationship.
I don't agree with how holly went about it, she plays into Alex's hands, he can just sit there, quite calm.
He's very calculated in his actions. He can sit there and he knows if he doesn't rise to it, he'll come across as the better person.
We saw Holly bring to the table some of the behaviours of Alex's behaviour behind the scenes, saying he's missing her children and he said he can't be dealing with this and leaves.
That is manipulation.
The irony is that Alex says 'I don't understand, I don't have children'.
No, but you do act like a child.
When Charlene said at the end thank you for being so open and honest, and that they were both quite mature in expressing how they were feeling...
Mature?!
They both took chunks out of each other.
Upcoming drama
We have couple swap week - which is always when insecurities come out.
We know that the pairings are going to be strategic.
Adam has been put with Amy, that is going to play into Polly's insecurities.

Lacey and Luke have a showdown because he insinuates that she doesn't act in a classy way.
This could get messy...
