CORONATION Street fans have ‘had a heart attack’ as Brooke Vincent shared a video of her five-year-old son doing a very dangerous stunt.
The actress, 32, shares children Mexx, five, and three-year-old Monroe with her footballer fiance Kean Bryan.
And as Mexx turned five, the actress posted a string of photos to celebrate her little one’s birthday.
The slides featured a video of Mexx in his bedroom standing on the top of his bunk bed in his pyjamas and doing a back flip onto a big pile of cushions.
Brooke’s fans took to the comments to share their thoughts on the dangerous stunt.
One person penned: “Just had to make sure my 7 year old didn't watch this as he would be straight up to his room to try it!!”
A second added: “Oh my actual goodness, I nearly had a heart attack at the back flip.”
A third person said: “Jesus that backflip? How do u parent that!! Ive not even watched the rest, that just made my jaw drop.”
A fourth commented: “Haha when I see him jump off that bed I was grateful I had a girl 😂 & im grateful she’s not that adventurous. Bless him.”
In Brooke’s gushing tribute to her son, she penned: “You came into this world exactly how you live in it, a complete and utter worldwind.
“Mexx you bring so much love to so many people, you’ve taught me so much about myself being your Mummy like unconditional love & how to crack an egg with no yolk falling in.
“I am so proud you are ours!! You are every inch of your Daddy yet your ability to take any situation too far will always be me. ’ll forever be proud of that.
“My biggest baby, Happy Birthday Darling, you are my world.”
Since leaving Coronation Street while pregnant with her eldest in 2019 – after 15 years on the soap – Brooke has been based at home and has made no plans to return.
It’s why she’s been urging her younger cousin Ellie Leach, who played Corrie’s Faye Windass for 12 years, before leaving last summer and going on to win Strictly Come Dancing, to grab any opportunities while she can.
In a chat with Fabulous earlier this year, she said: “I was never brave enough to leave [Corrie] before. So I say to my Ellie – and any young girls with dreams – these are the times to go out there and do it.
"I tell her that I wasn’t ever as brave as she is and that she needs to embrace it, because as soon as you have kids, it just makes it a little bit harder.
“I’m not saying you can’t do it once you’re a mum, but when you only have to think about yourself and you’re not trying to keep all the plates spinning, it’s easier.
“I’ve had four years off with my boys and I know I’m really lucky, because a lot of women don’t get that time.
"One thing I’ve learned is that, as a mum, you can have everything, you just can’t have it all at the same time, because you will end up burning yourself into the ground.”
