LAST night's explosive MAFS commitment ceremony had me reaching for the popcorn.
It was full of emotional moments and tears, explosive rows and even a scandalous affair was exposed.
It would have taken at least 10 HOURS to film and frustrations would have been at an all time high.
Amongst all the drama, there was one couple that stood out for me, but for all the wrong reasons.
Alex finally showed his true colours, and about time!
But what baffled me the most, was that NONE of the men stood up for Holly or Sasha.

It was wrong and they should have intervened and called Alex's behaviour out. Come on, we're on MAFS after all.
If you are as obsessed as Married At First Sight as I am, you need to keep reading, as I've got some thoughts…
Alex is flying the red-flag
Let's talk about possibly the messiest commitment ceremony in MAFS UK history.
All I want to say, is that I feel sorry for every single person sat on the sofa, in production, behind-the-scenes, because that commitment ceremony would have been filmed over about 10 hours and let me tell you people's frustrations were definitely showing.

We finally see Alex's true colours in this episode, where he's being incredibly disrespectful and argumentative to the women in particular and then trying to reconcile it with their husband's...very shady.
It looks like we've finally got confirmation that he and Holly are the couple that have been rumoured to leave the experiment half way through.
We've had a sneak peek of next episode and it looks like they're on their way out.
I would bet my bottom dollar that it's probably got something to do with his behaviour behind-the-scenes.
Stand up for your wife!
Thank god for Sasha for stepping up to the plate and calling out Alex for his behaviour, because it doesn't seem like any of the men in that room were willing to do so.
I'm very disappointed in Ross for not standing up for her.
I understand that you don't want to get into drama, but you have applied for MAFS UK, there's going to be a huge amount of drama.
It looks like they're relationship is set to implode in the next episode - we don't really know what's happened, it looks like they've had some sort of argument, but it's already been leaked that they haven't made it work on the outside. I wonder how much time they have left in the experiment.
It comes after Alex branded Lacey a "snake" after she dropped a huge bombshell that Hannah and Orson had kissed on the last day of the retreat.
Alex also slammed Richelle for "talking s***" after she claimed that Orson and Hannah were having a double date with Alex and Holly the night before.
Sasha was having none of it and piped up saying: "Don't do that to me Alex, I don't think you need to turn to Richelle and say 'you're talking f****** s***' and turn to Lacey and say 'you're a snake', there's certain ways of addressing things calmly. You don't need to attack, attack, attack.
"I've sat here and watched you attack the women either end and it's f***** me off because I didn't like it Alex."
Holly then told her husband to "not take it out on her", with him responding: "Who's taking it out on you?"
Mel Schilling added: "Please respect the forum."
Alex later told the camera: "Holly's annoyed, I've told Lacey that I think she's a snake and now you've got Sasha coming at me, just be quiet, your voice is going straight through me.
"If I was Ross, I would be telling my wife to pipe down, not everything needs your two pence."
Holly added: "Alex has embarrassed me, I can't be with a man who treats my friends like that."
To recouple or not to recouple?
Couple swapping is not a new thing on MAFS.
It happened in my series with Ella Morgan and JJ Slater and the 2022 series with Whitney Hughes and Matt Murray.
Honestly, I never thought I'd say this but Richelle had me with her speech right up until the point she called Orson 'simple', because she overstepped the mark there.
Richelle laid into Orson for being "selfish" for keeping her here for another week and missing her daughter's birthday.
Hannah and Orson are giving a little bit desperation at this point and are very keen to stay in the process.
But we know it's not MAFS UK without some sort of recoupling.
I predict we will definitely see them in the next episode, when they've give their relationship a chance on the outside.
This is what happens when you're not honest and you tell your partner you want to pursue something with someone else, before you actually do it.
We saw it last season and we're seeing it this time as well.
But more to the point I don't think anyone has a leg to stand on in this group so far.
We've got Stephen annoyed that Hannah was kissing Orson, when he's pursuing Sionainn.
Richelle's angry at Orson for pursuing Hannah, while having no interest in him herself.
It's all very very messy!
Over the past few weeks, Richelle and Orson's marriage has imploded. The pair have non-stop argued and have formed no connection.
Orson struck up a connection with Hannah, who was also in a dead-end marriage to Stephen and the pair shared a kiss at the retreat.
But a furious Richelle lashed out at Orson, saying: "Why did you want to stay, I know I was trying to honour my worth. Where was your self respect and dignity, were you that desperate to stay in the process.
"What I'm sensing from Orson is a desperation to stay in the process by any means necessary, he saw an opportunity with Hannah to recouple and stay in the process, he jumped at it.
"He's an embarrassment at this point.
"Hannah bless her went round all the different guys, trying to latch onto somebody to stay in the process and Orson is the only one that stuck.
"It just wreaks of desperation, I just find it embarrassing."
Brave conversation
I really just wanted to touch on Kristina and Kieran, I thought it was an incredibly brave sofa chat.
I think it's hard for Kieran to be so honest and hard for Kristina to hear him talking about her PMDD in that way.
I know probably a lot of people are wondering why that hasn't necessarily been shown on camera, but I think production and all involved have made the right decision and decided to keep those sorts of things away from the public eye.
So much love to that couple because their emotion and authenticity is really coming through.

Kristina has been open about her PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) on the show - a severe version of the premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
After all the chaos in this episode, I'm really intrigued to see how it unfolds tomorrow.
