RICHARD Madeley left Good Morning Britain viewers - as well as co-host Susanna Reid - completely stunned with a rude blunder live on the ITV show.
The former This Morning anchor, 68, very nearly let slip a cheeky word while addressing competitions anchor, Andi Peters, 54, who was presenting live from Singapore.
As Richard linked from a previous segment about Barney the Dinosaur's return to TV, he said: "He's been around as long as dinosaurs, he's Andi Pen..." before swiftly correcting himself to "Peters."
Susanna, 53, fearing a crude mishap live on air, could be seen with her eyes wide in shock as Tuesday's show played out.
Andi, who heard the almost-blunder, then giggled and said: "Susanna, your face was as shocked as mine, thinking 'is he actually going to go there?'"
Later, in the final segment of Good Morning Britain, Richard insisted he wasn't aware of his blunder until it was flagged.

Yet fans on X were quick to pick up on it.
One mused: "Did Richard just say Andy P***s?!"
Another mused: "We've gone from Barney from Wish, to Andi Peters near a waterfall," as another commented: "It was the look on Susanna's face!"
An ITV viewer then posted: "Gave me a giggle, poor Andi!"

It came after Andi suffered a recent on-air blunder.
Presenter Andi confessed he'd unplugged his microphone to go to the toilet just before being live on the show, with him looking shocked as the camera cut to him.
He was seen pulling out his mic pack and realising it was unplugged, resulting in Andi yelling: "Run the VT!"
Main hosts Kate Garraway and Rob Rinder found the moment hilarious but Andi joked: "Seriously, don't get rid of me!"
Pretending to be on the phone to the GMB bosses, he added: "I went to the toilet, that's why I unplugged it! Right OK."
Meanwhile, Richard was recently replaced on the ITV series in a presenter shake-up.

It came as Susanna revealed Martin Lewis would be taking Richard's seat next to her to talk about the new Government's economic policies.
Richard then spoke exclusively to clarify his future on the series and opened up on the continious feud rumours suggesting an issue between him and Susanna.
He insisted the duo get along just fine and he is "lucky" to have been paired with her.
He said: "I think I’m really lucky to have been paired with Susanna, I think journalistically we’re very similar.
"We have a meeting every morning at 5 O’Clock in her dressing room.
