‘Make it stop!’ beg EastEnders fans as they slam ‘pathetic’ storyline

EASTENDERS fans have slammed one storyline that they have branded particularly 'pathetic'.

Tensions continued to rise between Suki and Nish on the long-running BBC One soap.

In tonight's episode, Eve (Heather Peace) and Suki (Balvinder Sopal) are seen beaming around Albert Square.

The duo couldn't help but declare to all of Walford just how in love they are as they prepared for their engagement party.

Firstly, they appeared in the cafe where they invite all of their family to the celebratory gathering.

Later in the Vic, the duo flaunted their new engagement rings that they picked out together.

A tense Nish (Navin Chowdhry) strolled into the boozer with Vinny (Shiv Jalota) and Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury).

He reluctantly wished the pair well as his grandson reminded the pair of their agreed "truce."

Just as they are overseeing the set up in The Prince Albert, Vinny reveals that he has arranged a special visit.

At Nish's direction and planning, he said that young Tye will visit Walford so all of Suki's grandchildren will be in the same place.

However, many viewers complained about the plan as they took to X - formerly known as Twitter.

While some said they were "bored" of the storyline, others questioned why Vinny was suddenly on good terms with his father, considering he recently tried to have him *murdered*.

One viewer said: "I’m so incredibly bored of Sukeve and their latest drama with Nish. Make it stop! #EastEnders."

A second stated: "Proceeds to try and stop her feeling free at EVERY opportunity... WHEN WILL THIS MAN DIEEEEE."

While a third fan posted: "Nish," alongside a disgruntled emoji.

"I dunno, call me a skeptic but the whole Vinny doing Nish a favour is very weird, unrealistic and disappointing, Nish tried to unalive Vinny a few weeks ago, this is pathetic now and dragging," noted a fourth user.
