Mrs Brown’s Boys creator lands brand new BBC series after NTAs win – and it will feature a comedy legend
MRS Brown’s Boys creator Brendan O’Carroll seems to have finally convinced the BBC that he IS funny.
Top Beeb exec Jon Petrie divided fans when earlier this year he refused to answer whether he found the sitcom a hoot.

Brendan said: “It’s using comedy to touch on men’s mental health.
"The BBC loved the pilot. Hopefully it will be out in the fall.”
