A STUNNING MAFS UK bride has revealed she’s lost a stone since the show wrapped filming while posing in her gym gear.
Lacey Martin married her MAFS husband Nathan in a fairytale wedding on the show, and their marriage so far has been plain sailing.
And now the beautiful bride has shared her post-show look, revealing the weight she’s lost since taking part in the current series.
Posing in a black gym top and maroon leggings, the glam MAFS star was asked by a fan what she’d been doing to lose weight.
Lacey replied: “I’ve lost a stone since MAFs!”
The brunette beauty added: “My main problem is food! I’ve cut my portion sizes! And more exercises!

“I’ve recently got back into my dancing but to me it was mainly the food, I was having huge portions. I’m a huge foody!”
Lacey’s post comes after viewers of the E4 show watched as Lacey's mum and sister Paige visited her and her husband, Nathan, for "meet the in-laws" week.
However, fans hit out at "the mother-in-law from hell" after a disastrous visit.
First, her mother cornered Nathan in the kitchen and intensely quizzed him about whether he actually fancied Lacey - or sister Paige.

The barrage of questions continued over dinner before the mother-in-law burst into tears when Nathan joked about her cooking.
Vegetarian Nathan 'bantered' that the chicken fajitas she had whipped up for them 'looked like they were from the bottom of the bin'.
Fans were aghast at how the visit went and felt sorry for Nathan, who suffers from ADHD.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan blasted: "Lacey’s mum equals the mother-in-law from hell."
Another added: "Lacey's mum is monster-in-law."
A third chimed in: "Oh Lacey’s mum is awful the mother-in-law from hell I would be so embarrassed I feel so sorry for him."
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn't keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam's Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out - and excited for everything to come.”
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
"While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna's vegan lifestyle, the show's first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: "We're not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship."
And someone else agreed: "Legit a mother-in-law that you wouldn’t want to have."
Other viewers are also convinced Lacey's mum has an ulterior motive for being on MAFs alongside her daughter.
"Looks like Lacey’s mum needs to be on the show herself, her acting fits in with the madness of this show," added another fan.
Agreeing, another said: "Lacey's mum is only there to be the centre of attention."
Lacey has jumped to her mum's defence.
