Towie’s Jodie Wells slams boyfriend Diags and brands him an ‘idiot’ after his text to ex Elma Pazar

THE Only Way is Essex star Jodie Wells has called her boyfriend Diags an "idiot" after he texted his ex Elma Pazar.

Fans turned on Diags when he sent a pining text to his ex Elma Pazar while sitting next to Jodie.

Elma was left stunned when she received a message from Diags that read: "I miss you."

Speaking to Magazine about the fallout, Jodie said: "He's just an idiot," ranted Jodie.

"He has a drink and he thinks all his jokes are funny and they're not.

"I don't think there was anything behind it. I just think he was trying to be funny, but it was a joke at my expense."

The pair rowed on-screen when the inappropriate text was revealed.

Jodie told Diags: "What you did yesterday was out of order. And you think it's funny, you're laughing it off with the boys, but it really isn't funny.

"The joke's at my expense all the time."

Regretful Diags admitted: "It was a bad joke. It was a terrible joke alright."

She replied: "What made you think it was going to be funny? I don't get it."

Diags insisted that he never intended to send it.

Instead he argued that he'd typed it out for a laugh, but after putting his phone back in his pocket, he claims the message accidentally went through.

Elma - who starred on Love Island in 2019 - dated Diags briefly after their friendship turned to romance.

Their on/off relationship ended after Diags met Jodie while she was appearing as an extra on Towie.

He's now totally loved up - and even thinks Jodie might be the one.

Diags said: "With her, I feel loved, really loved, she really cares about me. It’s like an energy that you feel.

"I’ve been in relationships there can be a bit of back and forth and bitterness, but there’s never anything like that with her. It makes you feel good. 

"It’s going the right way! She always says to me she’ll get married tomorrow."
