NICK Knowles has been given the all clear to return to Strictly on Saturday night and has been dancing without his arm sling in rehearsals.
The DIY SOS star suffered a nasty shoulder injury on Sunday while changing a tyre on his car.
He missed out on hours of Strictly rehearsals for week 2 as he underwent tests and his future on the show was hanging by a thread.
But The Sun today revealed he has been given the green light to return to the BBC dance competition.
In a behind-the-scenes glimpse from his rehearsal today on Strictly spin off It Takes Two, Nick could be seen hoisting his pro partner Luba Mushtuk into the air.
The TV star, 62, also glided around the rehearsal room with Luba and looked in good spirits.
He revealed the Strictly pro has adapted their dance to make sure all goes well on Saturday night.
Nick told the cameras: "Luba has been extraordinary.
"From the moment she knew I was injured she has been looking at alternative ways. She must have rebuilt this dance ten times."
Luba added: "He is looking incredibly well in hold. He has potential in ballroom!"
