GAVIN and Stacey fans are convinced they spotted the cast filming some very special scenes this week.
Ruth Jones, Julia Davis, Joanna Page, Alison Steadman and Melanie Waters were seen dressed up while shooting, sparking speculation it was for Nessa's hen do.
According to the the women were seen filming on location at a restaurant.
The bride-to-be wore a back mesh top, one of Nessa’s signature belts and a red leather jacket, while Stacey opted for a more colourful look with a floral dress and denim jacket.
Alison also opted for a light floral ensemble, while Julia wore a leopard print dress and black cardi, and Melanie wore one classic brown jacket.
However, filming for the scene was quickly thrown into chaos as the heavens opened and started a major downpour.

As the filming crew all donned black rain jackets, the actresses were forced to seek shelter and wait for the rain to let up before they could resume filming.
However, they eventually got it finished off as Ruth and James confirmed they had finished filming the BBC Special last week. It took about six weeks to shoot.
Filming of what is believed to be scenes from Nessa’s hen do comes after the cast were seen decked out in their Sunday best for a wedding which is believed to be Nessa (Ruth Jones) and Smithy’s (James Corden).
As viewers will recall, the last instalment of the series, the 2019 Christmas Special, ended on a major cliffhanger with Nessa proposing to Smithy, but it did not reveal his answer. Are the pair finally tying the knot?
