It sees Prue, 84, invite celebrity guests into her home one-by-one as they cook her favourite dishes.

The Great British Bake Off star's husband John Playfair also acts as her right-hand man during the show.

Viewers got country-living tips from the TV star's other half during series one.

Speaking about the show's return, Prue said: “I am so thrilled about our new series of Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.

"I love filming in our house and farm; my husband John turns out to be quite the star (not sure I’m so keen on that!).

"I’ve got some terrific guests lined up to chat and cook with, and more food heroes to show the world. I can’t wait!”

Prue's second series will run for 10 episodes in total, with each 60 minutes long.

Earlier this year it was revealed how the beloved star was taking a shock break from Bake Off.

Sources at the time told how Prue had decided not to take part in the show's annual celebrity spin-off.

An insider made clear she adores being apart of the format and has asked bosses to return in 2025.
