Married At First Sight UK star ‘dropped out of show early’ claim fans after they spot clue on social media

MARRIED At First Sight UK fans think of of this year's brides dropped out of the show early after spotting a 'clue' on social media.

The new series of MAFS UK kicked off last night bringing with it a new set of brides and grooms ready to say "I do" to a complete stranger.

One of those revealed to be taking part was Eve Reid - but eagle-eyed fans have noticed she's dropped a huge hint on Instagram she didn't make it very far in the process.

Eve, 31, has been posting about having a girlfriend, sharing snaps of her holding hands with a mystery woman.

In contrast Eve has failed to mention the E4 show on social media.

Writing on Reddit, one fan said: "On Instagram she clearly has a girlfriend (look at her most recent post and comments), she has also posted nothing about MAFS at all.

"I have a feeling she may have dropped out of the show early as she doesn’t even acknowledge that she’s on it?"

And another said: "Thank you! Definitely strange. And that she’s openly posting about a gf."

Lifeguard and fitness instructor Eve's first serious relationship was with a man and she was even due to get married at one point.

But at 26 she realised she was gay and, speaking ahead of the MAFS UK launch, said: "I want to find somebody that I fall in love with and I want somebody to fall in love with me."

A Channel 4 spokesperson said: “Viewers will be able to follow Eve and Charlie’s relationship on screen over the coming weeks."

Last night's series opener saw Newcastle lad Kieran and Kristina from East Sussex become the first couple to tie the knot.

But fans were left baffled after he asked an unusual question about his bride ahead of the nuptials.

He said: "What's going through my head is how tall is she, how small is she, how big is she, how long are her fingers, how long are her feet, what does she smell like - there's loads of stuff going through my head at the moment," he said.

This odd intrigue sparked a reaction online, resulting in many asking why he needed to know the length of her fingers.

Writing on social media, one asked: "Why do you want to know how long her fingers are..."

Another said: "How long are her fingers? U ok hun?"

And a third wrote: "How long are her fingers? What you two going to be doing?"
