MARRIED At First Sight UK fans have been left baffled by one of the brides ‘very bizarre’ careers, as the new series aired.
The highly-anticipated reality show returned to screens this week with a whole host of new contestants.
One of which is Kristina, who has struggled to meet anyone new due to living in a small seaside town where “everyone knows everyone”.
She suffers from premenstrual dysphoric disorder [PMDD] and wants to find a “tall, dark, cheeky chappy” who can support her with her symptoms.
Kristina said: “I wanted to sign up because I felt like I was ready to meet the love of my life.”
And in the first episode of the show, Kristina spoke about her life and career and was seen in a clip spending time with animals.

It was then that she revealed that she has a career as an animal reiki practitioner.
Shocked fans questioned what this meant, as one person wrote: “Animal reiki I’m screaming.”
A second person said: “That’s a job I’ve never heard of before,” and a third commented: “What on earth is an animal reiki practitioner.”
A fourth viewer commented: “Animal reiki, is that not just a hands on farmer?” and another wrote: “Animal reiki cannot be a real thing.”

Animal reiki is described as an energetic way to connect with animals, and Kristina could be seen showing off her practitioner skills in the clip with a sheep.
Kristina is a also a dog walker by trade and runs her own animal care business.
Her passion for pooches can be clearly seen on her Instagram account, @animalreikibykristina.
But she has briefly pressed 'paws' on her day job to try and find love in the social experiment.
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn't keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam's Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out - and excited for everything to come.”
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
"While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna's vegan lifestyle, the show's first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: "We're not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship."
Dog-lover Kristina is coupled with Newcastle lad Kieran on Mafs UK 2024.
And tonight contestants Kieran and Kristina could be seen meeting at the altar.
Kieran can be seen playing a practical joke on his wife-to-be, slipping some false teeth into his mouth as she walks down the aisle.
Before pulling the prank, Kieran says "This could really end up bad. I just want to know if this girl's fun."
As she approaches him in her elegant white dress, Kristina can be heard muttering "These teeth. What the f**k?"
