Alison Hammond, 49, ‘discussing marriage’ with Russian masseuse boyfriend, 27, after losing 11st
ALISON Hammond has began discussing marriage, with her Russian masseuse boyfriend, after losing 11 stone.
The star previously opened up about her weight battle, with Dermot O’Leary sat on the This Morning sofa next to her.
Alison, 49, has lost significant weight, dropping from 28 stone to 17 stone, and is now discussing marriage with her 27-year-old boyfriend.
A source told : "This is the most content Alison has been for a long time, everything seems to be going well.
“Her career is going from strength to strength and she loves being on This Morning with Dermot and audiences love her and she is very in demand.
“She’s also lost quite a bit of weight and while she’s always been happy with her body no matter what size, she feels very healthy and has been working out a lot more and taking care of herself. She's glowing!”

The source hinted that wedding bells might be on the horizon, or at the very least, an engagement ring could soon make an appearance.
About Alison and her beau, David, the source said: “They went through some tough times when they first started going out but David has made her believe in love again and has restored her faith in men.
“Add in the fact that she is very happy in her new relationship and has got Aidan’s (Alison's 19-year-old son) approval and Alison couldn’t be happier.
“They have talked about marriage and although it’s quite soon, Alison would love to get married one day. And she wants to look her best when she does even if it’s not for a while.”
Speaking on This Morning earlier this month, Alison bravely explained: “I used to be 28 stone, I’ll be honest with you. That is morbidly obese and so I used to buy an extra seat I’ll be honest, every time I flew.
“I didn’t want to put anyone in a situation where I was touching them because I was made to feel uncomfortable on one occasion when I was slightly in their seat.”
Alison then signalled with her hand how much of the other person’s seat she was taking up.
The star continued: “The person asked to move but what they did in the end is move me to first class because the guy was being so rude. It was embarrassing, the whole thing.
“And from that moment I started buying two seats.”
Alison added: “I don’t do it anymore because I lost a bit of timber as you do. But then not everyone can afford to do that.”
She showed off her stunning figure in a black bodycon dress during the NTA's earlier this week.
Back in May, Alison sparked engagement rumours by wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger during an appearance on This Morning.
However, she made no mention of the new ring when she opened the show with Dermot, 50, and guest Gyles Brandreth, 76.
