ONE of the longest-running characters in EastEnders has been spotted in a surprise 90's music video.
Perry Fenwick, 62, has played the role of Billy Mitchell in the BBC One soap opera for over two decades.
The actor first joined EastEnders in 1998 as one of the members of the infamous Mitchell family, which also included the likes of Dame Barbara Windsor and Steve McFadden.
However, footage has been unearthed of a surprise cameo for the actor in a music video.
The Chemical Brothers were a huge electronic duo that first formed in 1992.
They had six number one albums and 13 top-20 singles in the UK alone and have won six Grammy Awards over their tenure in the industry.

However, before his debut on EastEnders, Perry had a starring role in the Matrix themed music video.
In typical fashion, the actor played a detective who chased a pair of underground criminals through the streets of London.
With his colleague, he is seen looking through a nightclub for the two duo he tried to pursue.

The video ends with the star brandishing a gun as he cornered his two targets who knelt on the rain splattered floor in hopelessness.
He is shown on camera in a long trench coat with a moody expression on his face as he shot the thugs.
Perry is the last person seen on camera as the video abruptly ends after his action.
On the social media site Reddit, fans expressed shock when they were reminded of the surprise cameo.
One fan exclaimed: "I totally didn’t expect to see him in this video. It’s not recorded on his Wikipedia page or the page for the song itself!"
While another stated: "Billy Mitchell looks like a true gangster in this music video and I never heard of this music. Until I saw it on here. I can't wait to listen to it."
