RUTH Langsford was left very hungover after a boozy night watching naked men at Rylan Clark’s house with Lizzie Cundy.

Presenter Ruth, 64, sobered up with a McDonald's delivery as she tucked into the fast food on her Instagram Stories this morning.

It came just hours after she was seen knocking back Prosecco, Bollinger and Espresso Martinis during a swanky dinner with her pals.

The TV stars were joined by Queen's Park Sleepwear founder Kimberley Morgan at Alec's Restaurant in Brentwood yesterday.

Newly-single Ruth looked trendy in a leopard-print blouse, which she tucked into a pair of navy trousers.

Lizzie looked smart in a stone jacket while Rylan opted for a camel shirt and a matching baseball cap.

After their meal out, the group headed back to the X Factor alum's £1.2m pad, where they caught a glimpse of his brand new Paramount+ show, Dating Naked UK.

And it looks like Ruth stayed the night as she posted a snap of her morning grub the next day.

The Loose Women panelist appeared to be taking a well-deserved break from her new diet and beauty regime after her shock split from Eamonn Holmes.

Showing off face masks on social media, the star penned “fun times” as she modelled a mask for her fans.

She showed off a box of fake tanning goodies she’d been sent by James Read Tan too.

Ruth has also shown off her skills in the kitchen lately, rustling up the likes of an upside down salad, and green juices.

Talking from her stylish home, Ruth popped up in a striped t-shirt and told fans: “SUNDAY FOOD PREP! Lots of you ask how I make my green juice that I take to work in the mornings….well this is how. It varies depending on what I’ve got in the fridge but you get the jist….easy way to get some fruit & veg down!”

She could then be seen talking her fans through the process in a video which was praised by those who tuned in.

Then, making her salad, Ruth advised: “I take this to work most days….stops me grabbing unhealthy, processed food. Even when you make a healthy choice and buy a salad, in my experience, they’re mostly leaves!!

“This way you get a good, decent portion salad and you get to put all the things you like in it! ENJOY!”

As well as showing off her food preferences and beauty regime, Ruth recently took to Instagram to reveal she'd been for a very posh day of pampering.

Ruth told followers that her hairdresser's usual Notting Hill salon was closed for reburbishment so her appointment was taking place at Claridge's Hotel.

But she received backlash from fans as some labelled the TV presenter as a “total show off".

One wrote: "Totaly show off... sorry."

Another said: "Why can't you go and have your hair done without recording it."

Ruth has since clapped back at one of the comments, following her hair salon session.

Someone wrote: “You are so lucky. Most people could not afford that,” to which Ruth replied: “Not luck….I’ve worked hard for everything I have.”

Former This Morning presenter Ruth revealed her ageing woes on Loose Women recently.

She explained: “You know me, I don't really worry too much about age. But at 60 to now and I'm now 64, I feel like everything has kind of drooped and sagged. It's a bit, you know, a funny neck."
