Shirley, 63, is currently on a juice retreat in Potrugal and couldn't resist making the most of her results so far in a polkadot bikini.
She went make-up free in the upload and had her dark hair slicked back.
Sharing the snap on Instagram, she told fans: "Starting day six at @juicemasterretreats feeling so much better.
"Cleaner, lighter, head space more clear... This is a must for me yearly to get myself in a good place.

Shirley's retreat isn't cheap and costs an eye-watering £1,457 per week.
Juicy Oasis, frequented by the likes of Rob Rinder, Carol Vorderman and Alex Scott, is a seven-day retreat offering a wide range of facilities for guests.
Each day follows a structured schedule, beginning with meditation and yoga.

The afternoon includes additional juice, high-intensity training, rebounding, and a game of volleyball.

But it's doubtful Shirley will struggle to afford it after her BBC salary was recently revealed.
