Hollyoaks star Alfie Browne-Syke almost unrecognisable as he shows off incredible transformation after just three months

HOLLYOAKS star Alfie Browne-Sykes has stunned fans with an incredible body transformation that has left him almost unrecognisable.

The actor, best known for his role as Jason Roscoe on the Channel 4 soap, has been hitting the gym hard and the results are impressive.

The 29-year-old star recently took to social media to reveal his new physique, posting dramatic before and after photos that show his remarkable progress over the past three months.

In the snaps, Alfie can be seen posing shirtless, proudly displaying his toned abs and chiseled chest.

He wrote: "3 months ago, I don’t even realise how out of shape I had gotten. I went to @samslackfit for some much needed help and it’s been worth every penny.

"I feel better than ever and it’s completely changed the way I look at food. Can’t thank him enough, and looking forward to starting this bulk."

Alfie’s transformation comes as he has dedicated himself to a new fitness regime.

Fans flocked to his comments to express their admiration for his commitment and the amazing results he is seeing.

The former Hollyoaks star proposed to his girlfriend earlier this year, just a few months before embarking on his fitness journey.

Alfie and wife-to-be Aimée posted a sweet picture them holding hands as she flashed her huge engagement ring.
