LOVE Island star Nathan Massey left fans swooning as he stripped off to showcase his impressive body transformation.
Nathan, who found love on the ITV2 dating show in 2016 with Cara de la Hoyde, shared a topless gym photo of him.
Wearing just a pair of tight blue shorts, Nathan displayed his six pack and said he was proud of his eight month fitness overhaul.
He captioned it: "8 months onit … back to where I belong."
Nathan's selfie quickly received attention from fans and his famous pals, including Marcel Somerville who wrote: "Well done brother."
Scott Thomas posted: "Looking good brother," with a heart emoji.

But some fans were left distracted by Nathan's physique, with one cheekily commenting: "Nice socks in those boxers."
His wife Cara quipped: "Put it away bruv," with a laughing face emoji.
While another joked: "Reminds me of the French pole vault guy in Olympics lol."
Nathan and Cara has become one of the most successful couples from the dating show, after they the show nearly 10 years ago.

The pair welcomed their first child, a son named Freddie, in 2017, not long after they won the show.
They tied the knot in 2019 and a year later, in 2020, they welcomed a daughter named Delilah.
Cara, 34, revealed to The Sun that she had her own body struggles.
The mum-of-two "spiralled" saying goodbye to her glamorous Love Island life, after the birth of her first child.
Cara said that she had to mute a lot of people on Instagram, as she felt upset seeing pictures of people all glammed up at events.
However, she revealed that one day she had an "epiphany".
"I thought, why am I trying to compete with all these people because that's not where I am in my life", she said.
"I'm now a mum, I've got a normal mum body and it took that change in my brain to realise that this is my life now and I should be happy."
Cara said that this change in her way of thinking helped her to become much happier.
She said that it took a long time for her to get her head around being a mother, and the responsibility that comes with it but became much happier when she came to terms with it.
During her pregnancy with Freddie, now 7, Cara and Nathan split up, as Cara was feeling lonely after moving to Essex, and she said that Nathan didn't understand her.
However, she said that this was the best thing that ever happened to them.
She said that they had just stayed together for work purposes and had been arguing a lot.
While Nathan also said life after the villa isn't all it's cracked up to be.
The star admitted he was left feeling ‘hurt’ and ‘ashamed’ as his dreams of mega fame rapidly disappeared following the show.
Speaking to fellow Islander Scott Thomas on his podcast , he compared himself to Woody in Toy Story when a new toy came along as he described how the new Islanders stole his limelight.
He said: “I remember six months down the line I met with my agent and they said no one really want to pursue you guys anymore, I think they want to wait for the next years to come along. And that hurt."

He decided to return to his day job as a builder shortly after.
"I went back to work with my dad, it hurt. I felt ashamed, I didn't want people to see me back in my work clothes. I would wear a tracksuit on the train and go to work and change,” he added.
