FREDDIE Flintoff fans broke down in tears after the Top Gear star's horrific injuries were revealed on his new show.
The second series of the BBC programme hit our screens tonight after two years.

Freddie Flintoff's Field of Dreams follows the star try and "prove that anyone can play cricket".
The first series wrapped up in 2022, then at the end of that year Freddie was airlifted to hospital in December after he was involved in a car crash which left him with facial injuries and broken ribs.
He's now back and has taken his team on tour in India.
Viewers watching at home couldn't contain their emotion as Freddie revealed his face on screen.

Many flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their heartbreak.
One wrote on the social media platform: "Wow, difficult to watch. Hard to comprehend what he’s been through. Fair play to him to pushing forward."
Another said: "Freddie Flintoff is an inspiration."
A third chimed in: "Ooft. Heart-wrenching stuff" as they shared a crying emoji.I

And a fifth claimed they were an "absolute emotional wreck" while a sixth said they were "in awe" of Freddie.
After the crash Freddie decided to keep a low profile and suspended all work to focus on his recovery.

The Sun later revealed in March 2023 that the car he was driving, an open-topped Morgan Super 3, was not fitted with air bags.
This led onto an internal investigation into the health and safety practices.
Following that, the 34th series of Top Gear was scrapped, and a month later it was revealed Field of Dreams would be put on hold.
Later on that year, in November, it was announced that Top Gear was axed.
In a statement given to the PA news agency, the BBC said: “Given the exceptional circumstances, the BBC has decided to rest the UK show for the foreseeable future.
“The BBC remains committed to Freddie, Chris and Paddy who have been at the heart of the show’s renaissance since 2019, and we’re excited about new projects being developed with each of them.

“We will have more to say in the near future on this. We know resting the show will be disappointing news for fans, but it is the right thing to do.
“All other Top Gear activity remains unaffected by this hiatus including international formats, digital, magazines and licensing.”
