LOVE Is Blind UK stars have spilled all the juicy behind the scenes gossip on set.
The popular US reality series Love Is Blind made its UK debut on Netflix this week with two Irish hopefuls Sabrina Egerton, 35, and Conor Griffin, 31, looking for love.
The show, hosted by popular UK duo Emma and Matt Willis, involves the contestants getting engaged before they even meet face-to-face.
And the Irish stars have revealed that there are some pretty strict and "intense" production rules while filming the show.
Sabrina told The Irish Sun: "You are fully separated from all outside distractions. So your phone's taken off you and your computer. They take the batteries out of the remote and the TV.
"So you have no connection to the outside world because the idea is that you are dating intently for that time. And it is all about the focus on meeting that person. And so it's pretty intense."
Conor added: "But it works. Zero distractions. If you're not dating someone or you're not hanging out with the lads, your mind is just focused completely on the people that you're dating and that you're interested in.
"So when you actually go in, you step into the room and you hear their voices just like, 'Whoa', because that's all you've been thinking about for the previous whatever, 12 hours.
"It really amplifies the romance and the intensity of the feelings, which is actually like, it's a wild experience."
Sabrina explained how production "encourages you not to" speak to the other contestants about your own connection.

She explained: "For me, I just kept all of my cards close to my chest until I was certain that this was the person and we were on the same page and because it just wasn't worth it to get.
"There's so much already going on and so much other emotion without anything else in the lounges."
Both stars said how surprised they were at how "deeply" they fell for someone on the show.
Sabrina said: "Your feelings are really intense. I think I was surprised at how deep and intense those feelings get very quickly."
Conor explained how he was skeptical before going on the show saying: "When you're watching it without having experienced it, I think you can be skeptical as to how people are so connected or fall for each other in such a short space of time.
'SWEPT AWAY'
"But when you remove all of the outside stimulus for whatever reason, everything is amplified.
"I held a healthy level of skepticism before going into it. And I was completely swept away and brought into the experience head first."
The Belfast beauty immediately hit it off with gym owner Steven, 37, when they began dating in the pods.
In just one episode they confessed their love for each other as Steven got down on one knee to ask the big question.
SECRET CONNECTION
Although Sabrina's journey looked to be smooth sailing for viewers, she has revealed that she actually had another connection with someone on the show that wasn't aired.
The marketing director told: "So Steven from day two was my number one, but I did have another connection which you don't see at all.
"And right up until the day that me and Steven decided that we would be the only connection, I was also speaking to that person and they had come in to ask me to be their connection.
"And I had to let them down and say, actually, I've chosen Steven. There's so much you don't see. There's so many other beautiful moments and dates.
LOVE TRIANGLE
"Like Steven giving me his grandfather's ring and us like playing games and hangman. And it was like, 'You're the one'. And there's so much - you have to remember it's TV.
"And it's magic TV to make it look a certain way. But it wasn't as quick as it was on screen."
Conor also spilled the beans on his "dramatic love triangle" that hasn't been shown.
The business owner said: "I really don't use the word love triangle but I don't know what else you would call it. Up until the very final day. So that was all very dramatic, but none of it will be seen.
"But I was pulling my hair out trying to decide, you know, who was the right person to potentially spend the rest of my life. But it was very, very, very stressful."
The Dublin native opened up about the most challenging part of the experience.
'DRAINING'
He said: "About halfway through, you're still dating a number of people and I had such varied stages of those days, where our relationships were out with the various people.
"You go from one really intense emotion to a completely conflicting emotion very quickly.
"There's so many emotions running so high around you that I found that really draining."
And when asked if the reality TV stars would recommend others to apply for the show, Sabrina said: "The experiment, it works. We see that it works, but I do think it takes a very particular type of person to be able to go with the show that you have to be quite strong.
"It is difficult at times. The days can be long, be hard."
Sabrina opened up about her struggle with her new-found fame saying: "One day you're less normal, your pictures being sent to the people and to the press.

"I actually really struggled with that and found that very, very overwhelming.
"And I actually just took a break from social media. And it took me a week or two to even acknowledge everyone's messages."
