The One Show’s Alex Jones looks incredible as she strips down to plunging swimsuit in family holiday snaps
The One Show host Alex Jones looked incredible as she stripped down to a plunging green swimsuit on her recent family holiday.
The Welsh presenter, 47, returned to screens tonight for the teatime BBC series after the show had a break for the Olympics.
But while she is now back in the UK, she shared a series of snaps from her recent getaway to the French island of Corsica.
Alex enjoyed a break with insurance broker husband Charlie Thomson and their three kids, Teddy, seven, Kit, five and Annie, three.
And the first shot she shared in her holiday album certainly caught her fans' attention.
The mum of three looked amazing as she lay on her side in her khaki swimwear.

Wearing no make-up, she showed off her natural freckles across her face and chest, which had been enhanced in the sunshine.
"Sorry you look SO stunning - that green on you," commented her pal, the writer and podcaster Elizabeth Day.
Another admirer added: "Looking beautiful, you're a natural beauty a real Bobby dazzler."
Other shots showed Alex exploring the island with her brood, wandering through old cobbled streets and checking out the local sights.

Another showed her stood in an outdoor kitchen at their luxury villa, gazing into the stunning green scenery.
A pool could be seen below, perfectly setting off the picturesque scene.
Alex- who recently uprooted her family to the UK countryside after leaving West London - revealed she had a wonderful time on her getaway, claiming they were already thinking about returning to the same destination next summer.
Updating her followers on instagram, she wrote: "Back to work today after an incredible holiday in Corsica. It was all a bit last minute, but we decided to try somewhere new and it seemed to be a bit cheaper than other options in the Med.
"We booked a house through @vrbo in the south, near Porto Vecchio (a beautiful port) as I’d read about the gorgeous beaches there and they didn’t disappoint.
"They were the prettiest shade of turquoise with white sand, and ideal for young children. Ted spent hours snorkelling and couldn’t believe the marine life on offer."
She continued: "The bigger surprise were the breathtaking mountains where we swam in gorgeous natural swimming pools. They also have beautiful restaurants right at the top of the mountain in a village called Zonza.
"There’s tonnes of options for hiking and mountain biking, but we’ll have to wait until our 3 are a bit older for that. The children all loved a place called Tyroliana, which is like a climbing paradise for all abilities and in such a nice setting."
Alex added that the reason she loved the destination was because of how authentic it was.
She said: "The island, being just further south than France and directly opposite Sardinia, is the perfect mix of French and Italian, so the food and produce were delicious.

"If you like seeing a lot of fellow Brits on your hols, this is not for you - we only saw one other British family and most menus etc are French, but we love to be absorbed by the culture. It’s a bit wilder than places like Majorca (which I also love) but unspoilt and stunning.
"No wonder it’s also known as the Isle of Beauty. We are already thinking about going back next year."
