Roman, 31, beamed from the deck of a speed boat wearing a pair of retro sunglasses and a baseball cap.

He shared less glamourous photos in the same post, including a very sunburned selfie.

"A slideshow of why you should wear SPF in Montenegro," he wrote in the comment section.

"Ouch dude, that doesn't look good. Defo get some Aloe Vera," wrote one concerned fan.

"I remember my first holiday," a second joked.

"That looks sore," a third chimed.

His mum Shirlie commented: "OMG" with an angry-faced emoji.

In one photo taken at dinner, Roman looked very red as he pulled a sad face.

Later that night he shared a photo from his bed where his face looked an even deeper shade of red.

Roman has been making the most of having his mornings back after quitting Capital Breakfast.

The presenter had been behind the mic for seven years and called it "the best job ever".

He said the reason behind him stepping down was to get a better work-life balance.

In an exclusive chat with Bizarre, he said: “In a way, you get your life back.

“I went through a period of spinning too many plates and I think you come to a point where you want to know if your work is controlling you too much.

“My work was controlling my happiness.

“I had no time to work out what made me happy.

“I was working constantly.”

In fact, despite being more grateful than ever for his glitzy career, Roman said it’s the little things that give him most joy.

He said: “I was in a privileged position where someone made me breakfast every day.

"Now I make my own breakfast, which I love.

“Once I got to 30, I was like, ‘I don’t want work to control my life.
