Throughout the film, the girls - Aubrey, Santana, Raziah and Ja’Ana - talk about their hopes, their dreams and how their fathers’ absence has affected their lives.
Directed by filmmaker Natalie Rae and based on the Date With Dad program developed by social-change advocate Angela Patton, who has devoted her life to the empowerment of black girls, it’s a moving, inspiring and powerful portrait of the healing power of love and forgiveness.

Bad Monkey
COMEDY Available from Wednesday
Vince Vaughn returns to the small screen with his familiar style of laugh-out-loud comedy in this 10-part series based on the best-selling novel by author Carl Hiaasen.
After being “consistently reckless” and “inappropriate”, Andrew Yancy (Vince) has been dropped as a Miami detective and has landed a job as a health inspector in the Florida Keys.
In a desperate bid to get back into the Sheriff’s good books, he agrees to drive severed body parts to Miami but soon begins asking questions about the case, and he can’t help but suspect that Eve, the dead man’s wife, could have had something to do with it…
It’s a terrific mix of action, comedy and drama, and there’s a pretty impressive ensemble cast, including Michelle Monaghan, Jodie Turner-Smith and Rob Delaney.

Tales Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
ANIMATION Available from Saturday
Yes, we know, it’s another remake of a classic, but thankfully the action-packed adventures of pizza-loving turtles Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo still provide plenty of entertainment.
This latest animation is a spin-off from the 2023 movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem and follows the brothers as they help save New York City from new enemies, while juggling the highs and lows that come with teenage life.
Actor and comedian Pete Davidson guest-stars as rich kid Rod, who adores Mutants, while gifted inventor Bishop will do everything in her power to rid the city of them.
