TOWIE'S Mario Falcone left fans doing a double take as he showed off his "completely different" face following his latest surgery.
The ITVBe star, 36, first showcased the results of a procedure on his eyelids back in June.
Now TOWIE fans have gushed how the star "does not look like Mario" after the procedures on his upper and lower eyelids, in a surgery named upper and lower blepharoplasty.
Mario offered fans a question and answer session about the cosmetic tweaks on his Instagram Stories page.
He filmed himself sat on his sofa wearing a black Adidas top.
His face looked distinctly different and more chiselled, while he kept his stubble moustache and beard.

The ITVBe personality - who found fame on the reality TV series in 2011 - switched up his floppy, brunette locks for a more close-cut hairstyle.
In his video he talked about his operation under the eye of Dr Carlo at the Signature Clinic UK.
In the comments on his Instagram grid post, one fan was quick to muse: "You look completely different!"
A second put: "Oh s**t … you do not look like Mario! You look totally different!"

"My goodness this came up on my feed and I had look up who it was, completely different person!"
