DUMPED Love Islander Jess White has revealed how the Islanders are banned from wearing clothes that clash with host Maya Jama.

The 25-year-old retail manager was brutally dumped from the island after six weeks on the show.

Since leaving the Love Island villa, Jess has continued her romance with Hugo Godfroy.

The northern lass certainly ruffled a few feathers whilst on the show, and since her exit she has been spilling the tea.

One person who Jess was keen to talk about was host Maya Jama.

In a new interview she revealed how the Islanders aren't allowed to wear clothes that clashed with the popular presenter.

Spilling the beans, Jess told : "The night of the Casa recoupling, Maya was wearing red. Emma [Milton] and Mimii [Ngulube] wanted to wear red but they couldn’t.

"They thought it might be a strobing situation but we now know it’s because Maya was wearing red.

She went on: "Another night, we weren’t allowed to wear black and that’s when she came in wearing black.

“Obviously, the moment is all about Maya so we need to make sure she’s looking her best.

"If you’re told you can’t wear red for anybody, it’s got to be for her because she’s so stunning.”

However, ITV insiders insist Maya is not aware, nor does she have any hand in the production or styling decisions made by the team in regard to the Islanders.

Meanwhile, it comes just days after Jess broke her silence after her villa exit.

She ignored the "bullying" claims as she returned to social media after jetting back to the UK.

Jess was dramatically dumped from the ITV2 show in a mass cull last week.

She wrote on Instagram: "The experience of a lifetime.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support and overwhelming amount of kind messages I have received the last few days.

I’m a people’s person, that’s my job, so I knew I’d get on with everybody. This journey has taught me to never underestimate how important friendships are.

"I have met the most incredible people and made friendships that I will treasure for life.

"I will be supporting all of them till the very end, especially my girls.

"So excited for this next chapter."

Jess suffered a tough time finding love in the villa.

She was embroiled in a love triangle with Harriett Blackmore over Ronnie Vint during much of the series and they came to blows on several occasions.

However looking back on her time, Jess believes she got on with everyone during the series.

She said: "I’m a people’s person, that’s my job, so I knew I’d get on with everybody.

"This journey has taught me to never underestimate how important friendships are.

"I was so close with both the girls and boys in the villa and I love them all individually.

"I'm a tough cookie and rarely cry but everytime one of my girls left I was always in tears. The relationships you form are so special, I’m so proud of everyone and think we will all be friends for life."
