Huge ITV star drops biggest hint yet he’s signed up for Strictly after turning down I’m A Celeb
JONATHAN Ross has teased a huge new reality TV gig in the biggest hint yet that he’s set to appear on Strictly Come Dancing.
As a veteran star of the BBC and judge of ITV’s primetime hit The Masked Singer, Jonathan could command a huge fee from either channel to appear on their hallmark reality shows.
But chat show legend Jonathan, 63, has revealed he’s already turned down ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!
Chatting on The Therapy Crouch podcast, host Peter Crouch asked Wossy what he was working on.
Jonathan responded: “I'm still doing the talk show. That's coming back next year. I'm doing Masked Singer again this year.
"I might be doing a reality type thing if I can get all the dates to work, which is quite a fun thing."

In his three decades on TV Jonathan has very few reality or gameshow credits to his name.
He has only appeared on Celebrity Deal or No Deal in 2013 and Celebrity Gogglebox in 2021.
But now he’s revealed that’s not for producers' lack of trying.
In response to his reality tease, pod co-host Abbey Clancy asked: “The jungle?
Jonathan said: "No, not the jungle. I wouldn't go in the jungle. I wouldn't want to eat that stuff. And I wouldn't... I'd just get bored.
“I tell you what I wouldn't like on that, the height thing when they make you walk out of that thing in the beginning.
"But I just don't think it would be a fun thing to do.
“When you get older, you do have to factor in, you know, what do I actually want to do with my time?"
Jonathan left the BBC under a cloud in 2008 when he and Russell Brand left a number of vulgar voicemails on Fawlty Towers’ Andrew Sachs’ phone live on Radio 2.
When he was later tipped to replace Sir Bruce Forsyth as host of Strictly in 2010, Jonathan laughed off the rumours because of the nature of his departure.
He said: “That would never happen, oh come on. I'm not going to be offered it.
“I'm very happy at ITV. I'm an ITV person.
"I have no problem with the BBC, but I have no intention of going back there to host shows."
