CHLOE Ferry has put her huge mansion on the market for a cool £1.3million.
The Geordie Shore star, 28, has decided to sell the massive pad just months after admitting she 'doesn't feel safe' there.
Chloe only bought the property in Newcastle three years ago, however she is already selling it.
The house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, its own cinema, games room and bar. There is also a dressing room, fancy gym and a grand entrance hall.
Chloe's large open-plan kitchen has a big island, cream quartz worktops, grey cupboards and a dining area for eight people.
Property details state that Chloe is throwing in all her furniture and gym equipment with the sale, adding that the location is "desirably peaceful, with a stretch of field and woodland to the rear for an exclusive, private feel and uninterrupted, picturesque views".

Chloe is set to make £200,000 on top of the £1.1million she paid for the property in 2021.
But it doesn't all appear to be about money.
In February this year, Chloe spoke about her negative feelings towards the house.
She opened up about how she doesn't feel safe in her home during an episode of Discovery+'s Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted.

The MTV star explained that she hears noise and claimed lights will come on and things get moved around at nighttime.
Chloe said her two dogs, Nala and Ivy, also look around all the time and bark at things that aren't there.
She insisted she has felt so scared in the past that she'd ended up renting it out and staying with her mum. She also said she was considering selling it.
Chloe confessed on the show: “It's my dream home and I don't feel safe in it.
"It's just so scary. Half the time I'll literally stay at my mum's house.
"I'm that terrified I'm honestly thinking about selling my house.”
She then claimed that three female victims were murdered by the 'Geordie Ripper' on the grounds of her home.
Chloe, who joined the cast of Geordie Shore in 2015, moved into the house in late 2021, having sold a smaller property nearby.
