Love Island’s legendary challenge just days away in schedule shake up that will throw all the couples into chaos
LOVE Island’s famous movie night will air a week early this year as bosses capitalise on a resurgence in ratings.
Maya Jama’s dating show has mopped up viewers turned off by politics and sport on other channels, with some 3.4million tuning in.
Now execs have shaken-up the schedule to air the dramatic format point on Sunday night.
Movie Night sees the Islanders shown footage of their other halves’ behaviour during the Casa Amor relationship test and usually lands at least seven episodes after.
A source said: “Execs are keen to keep the ratings rolling so want to pack the schedule with guaranteed drama.
"Movie Night always delivers on that.

"Several of the lads haven't been as up front and honest with their girls as they could have been and rolling the tapes will immediately expose that.
"With Sean's flirting, Ciaran's history with Ellie, Wil's Hideaway moment with Lucy and the full extent of Ayo's pursuit of Jess laid bare, the drama is going to be off the scale."
In 2021, the segment sparked a row so ferocious it became Ofcom’s most complained-about moment of the year.
